TRANPARENCY TO OUR PARENTS: Our aim is to ALWAYS be transparent about how we deliver our funding and what minimum attendance criteria our setting has in place in each of our groups: CUBS, BEARS SWANS
We offer "Stretch Funding" across the year = 12 equal months
Please note: We do not offer a “FREE” nursery place
From September 2026 we have extended our funding offer to all eligible families: 30 x hour funding

MINIMUM ATTENDANCE CRITERIA:
Swan Attendance = 3 or 4 x full days. We will claim 30 hour funding
Bear Attendance = 3 x full days. We will claim 30 hour funding
Cub Attendance = 2 x full days. We will claim 30 hour fundingB

SUSTAINABILITY CHARGE
TRANPARENCY TO OUR PARENTS:
Sustainability & Consumables Charge: Due to low government funding rates we apply a Sustainability and Consumables Charge. This charge helps cover costs that cannot be fully met by funding, including: Food (breakfast, snacks), Hygiene and personal care items (wipes, suncream) , Special activities and events.
This charge is part of the standard nursery fees and applies to all children.
PLEASE NOTE: Exceptional reductions may be considered; please speak to the nursery manager Miss Jo
PLEASE NOTE: Parents provide their child's own nappies and a lunch time meal.
