1. ACTIVE LEARNER: At Tidbury we welcome all children and adults into our safe, secure and exciting environment.
OFSTED Report 2024: The provision is outstanding: "Children are excited about their learning. During adult - led activities that punctuate the day, children join their chosen groups quickly, settling enthusiastically and concentrate well on the task in hand."
2.HAPPY BODY: Settling in new children is never rushed; it takes time, patience and expertise. Starting with Home Visits our team build close relationships with our families to enable and ensure each child feels comfortable, happy and relaxed within our nursery.
OFSTED Report 2024: Partnerships with families are outstanding: "Through home visits, initial observations and timely assessment, staff skilfully identify children's starting points for learning.
